En el marco de los trabajos conjuntos que realiza la Mesa Estatal de Seguridad dentro del Operativo Interinstitucional, la madrugada de este martes en una acción encabezada por personal de Marina, Policía Estatal Preventiva y Policía Municipal, en coordinación con elementos de Defensa, Guardia Nacional, Fiscalía General de la República, Centro Nacional de Inteligencia y la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado, se logró un importante decomiso de narcóticos y armas en el municipio de Loreto.

Los hechos se registraron sobre la Carretera Transpeninsular Loreto-Ciudad Constitución durante recorridos de reconocimiento terrestre e inhibición de delitos, cuando personal detectó un vehículo en estado de abandono.

En el sitio se aseguraron 03 costales conteniendo al parecer marihuana, con un peso aproximado de 60 kilógramos, 28 kilogramos y 170 mil dosis de droga conocida como cristal, 02 armas de fuego tipo revolver, 01 chaleco táctico, 01 báscula y 01 vehículo.

Todos los indicios asegurados, fueron debidamente embalados y puestos a disposición de la autoridad competente, a fin de llevar a cabo las investigaciones y diligencias correspondientes.

La Mesa Estatal de Seguridad subraya que estas acciones forman parte de los trabajos que de manera conjunta realizan los tres órdenes de gobierno, para combatir a la delincuencia e inhibir actos que alteren el orden y la paz, poniendo a disposición de la población, el número de denuncia anónima 089, para el reporte de domicilios y/o personas sospechosas.
